Stated profit-share percentages (e.g., 80%+) represent a trader's share of net profits and are subject to the terms of the applicable trading agreement, including any costs, fees, or risk-aligned arrangements agreed between the parties. Specific terms are confirmed during onboarding.

References to exchanges, market makers, agency desks, clearing firms, locate vendors, and routing technologies describe destinations and infrastructure that Vortex may access. Availability varies by symbol, account, and market conditions, and does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by those parties.
