How it is shared
Application submissions are delivered to the Vortex team by email through our email provider. We use reputable infrastructure providers (hosting and analytics) that process data on our behalf. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep application and contact information for as long as needed to evaluate and administer your relationship with the firm, and as required for legal and recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your information where applicable.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers. Your browser settings can block cookies if you prefer.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
